Yoga Masterclass: Yoga to improve spinal health

Delighted to be giving this Yoga Masterclass at ‘Yogaground‘ in March! This particular one blends my experiences in teaching Yoga and movement, with clinical reasoning and physiotherapy-based exercises, designed to help those who often experience back pain.

I have had a temperamental lower back, due to the years of acrobatics, dancing and also Yoga practice, where I wasn’t aware of some of the fundamental ideas about creating spinal stability; so I look forward to sharing this information with participants, to ensure that were all continuing to greater understand our own bodies and how we can avoid pain.
